Mutual Induction

Welcome to Torquer's new look blog! I have eradicated the name 'All Torque, No Walk' with something sciency to make me sound smart. Actually, I did it because Jingo told me the old name was total crap. Please let me no if you think it was, but come on people: "A Blank Canvas"? I can smell the witty originality a mile off. Not. What was the burke thinking, eh?

In terms of the new blog, I have retained the sidebar links of some of my more considerate and loyal readers, including Jingo, although he is frequently neither. I promise the update this waste of precious server more often, probably on Mondays, after my many eventful weekends. But don't count of any promises I keep - I rarely do.

So, to give you something to chew on over the weekend, the next post was written a while ago, but was left to distill slowly, so as to improve texture, quality, taste and of course, humour. Unsurprisingly it involves Jingo coming to many errors, so I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

After having been to see up and coming British comedian Russell Howard taking the piss out of Daily Mail readers, Guardian wall charts and Australians; I am in a rather jovial mood - especially since the tickets were only £5 a head.

However, I'm off to my local race circuit this weekend to take in the latest from the British Touring Car Championships. For my hoards of American readers and NASCAR fans, we have corners, so there!
